Return & Refund Policy Terms

Customers can return their order within 10 days of delivery if there is an issue with the product.

  • Hygiene Standards: For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns if the item appears to have been worn, washed, or soiled.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you do not need to send it back unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. Please send images of the defective product to perinhelp@gmail.com, and we will get back to you. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed into your account.

Return Process

Self-Ship:
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility, we request you to self-ship the product back to us. We will reimburse you INR 100 for shipping costs.


How to Self-Ship the Product?

  1. Packaging: Please pack the items securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. Ensure the products are in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
